After years working in one of London's best BBQ Joints, The Pit Poss and His Missus have been on the hunt for the perfect BREWBQ Location since their return to Oz! Everything here is made from SCRATCH, from the mouthwatering rubs we smother our meats in before their 16hr stints in our custom-made state-of-the-art Yoder Smoker, to our breads and Ugly Crust Pies baked on site in our brilliant bakery by the Pit Missus herself!
