PILATES & MOVEMENT is a small boutique studio that is dedicated to integrating the teachings and philosophies of Joseph Pilates, with the musculoskeletal and neurological science of today. Nadine Kent has been teaching Pilates for 14 years and is a Principal member with the Pilates Alliance of Australasia. Our focus is on individual instruction and exercise prescription, so that you can correct faulty muscle recruitment patterns and move towards a balanced pain free body.
