To empower every individual to achieve life-giving health in body, mind and spirit, through the provision of healthcare that invigorates the body, energises the mind and revitalises the spirit.I believe that every aspect of a person; body, mind and spirit can benefit from receiving massage therapy. My mission as a Licensed Remedial Massage Therapist is to treat individuals according to their specific needs. Each session will be customised to meet those needs by integrating various modalities of massage such as: Therapeutic, Remedial, Trigger Point and Hot Stones into each session. I will be committed to my personal growth and continuing education as a massage therapist and also by working together with my clients to promote their education and participation in this powerful self-healing process. I can provide a mobile massage service (except for hot stone massage), extra charges do apply depending on location.
