Heart and Sol Organics is a shop that provides access for healthy organic foods, products, information and services.We promote a healthy and happy lifestyle.We bring like-minded people in the community together, encouraging and educating them to want to live healthier, to eat more organic wholesome foods and to look after their bodies through what they eat.We have had an ongoing love for food and organics since a young age. Sol grew up in his parent’s organic vegetarian restaurant in Queensland and Jessica spending half her life growing up on an organic farm and health retreat in country Victoria.Our passion for food and health continues to grow and we now wish to share our knowledge and passion with others through Heart and Sol Organics.
