The much-loved heritage-listed St Kilda pub has been restored, renovated and is now an all-purpose, sleek, contemporary, double-storey venue encompassing all-year-round beer garden, public bar and cocktail lounge across four distinct areas: The Garden Bar, Balcony Bar, Public Bar and The Doulton Lounge. Mathew Macartney, our award winning Executive Chef previously of Chateau Yerring and The Lake House, Daylesford, is now leading The Village Belle Hotel\u2019s kitchen. With a focus on creating outstanding pub food, Macartney is sourcing the best local and sustainable produce.
