Trained in the French style, Allison has worked from some of Melbourne\u2019s most celebrated chefs, including George Colombaris and Shane Delia. As the previous head chef at State of Grace, Allison cemented her own name in the local food scene for her amazing food and degustation menus and she brings this creativity & flair to the St.Luja kitchen.
