Doo-Bop Jazz Bar is a two-level live music venue in the heart of Brisbane\u2019s CBD. Cafe open from 7am Mon-Sat Piano Bar open 5pm-midnight Tues-Sat Jazz Bar open 6.30pm-3am Mon-Sat and 2pm-3am Sun Over 80 live music performances each month with our Piano Bar events, Jazz Bar events and Late Night Jam sessions. Jazz originated in the African American communities of New Orleans and took on a new form as it spread around the world and drew on new national, regional, and local musical cultures. Our menu reflects this evolution. At Doo-Bop we believe jazz should be for everyone to enjoy. Likewise, our food is approachable, accessible to all and complimented with a diverse selection of boutique beverages.
