The Poyer’s is a family owned and operated business that focuses on fresh food and creating a social and relaxed dining experience for locals and visitors alike.With more than 50 years of industry experience, chef and owner Ludovic Poyer, has created a menu that is true to his classical roots but with a modern twist. For breakfast expect the eggs to be free range and the hollandaise to be freshly made. Lunch is designed to be a social event. Our tapas style share menu offers anything from oysters sourced from our backyard to escargots. For main, the pastas and sauces are made in-house showcasing some of Australia’s most beautiful seafood and poultry.
