The Gunyah (aboriginal for meeting place, or place of shelter) is at the heart of the camp. Designed by Sydney architects, Nettleton Tribe, it is a chic space built high off the ground to enjoy the sea breeze and a wonderful position amongst the tree tops. In Summer, the sliding doors open up for outdoor dining on the verandah, providing a bushy backdrop from which to enjoy meals and observe the goings on of our resident possums, sugar gliders and birds. Menu may include: Currarong King fish, peas, Jamon Serrano, calamari & pea veloute. Scallops, prawns, green tea pearls, wakame, wasabi, daikon and roast squid consomme.
