Dry Stone Restaurant is located amidst Mimosa Wines vineyards, on the beautiful coastal drive between Bermagui & Tathra. Set high on a ridge, the restaurant provides breathtaking views and is adorned by cathedral-style ceilings set amongst extensive timber; adding to the ambiance, an open fire burns during cooler weather. In pure rustic elegance, the ever-changing menu showcases regional produce at its best. Oysters are farmed daily by the head waiter, steaks are handpicked from a local paddock, and all pastas & breads are made in house. Whatever you order, be it blue eye with tamarind lime sauce & julienne Asian greens, or roast pork belly with apple, fennel, plum tart tatin & snow pea sprout salad, you’re sure to find a perfect wine match, estate-grown or otherwise.
