Stepping Stones Child Care Centre Dubbo

We believe at Stepping Stones Childcare Centre that we have a cultural and economic community of diverse backgrounds. We understand the importance of sustainability within the entire centre and strive to embed this into our daily routine. We believe that all children are unique individuals with different needs. We believe children develop and learn about the world around them at different rates and in different ways. We believe early childhood to be a time of belonging, being and becoming. Therefore we will use play as an educational tool in hand with the Early Years Learning Framework to develop learning programs responsive to children’s ideas, interests, strengths and abilities. We also believe that a child’s family is the most important part of their lives and therefore we feel it is important to establish a partnership between staff, families and the community. We believe that such an environment is better established with well trained staff, committed to continual improvement of their own skills and the centre. This will ensure we provide the best possible care for all children.
