Samudera Artisan Food & Bakehouse is located on the site of the original Mandurah Bakery - this site has been a bakery for close to 100 years and now has been bought back to it's former glory producing real hand made artisan bread, pastries and cakes for Mandurah locals as well as Perth and country customers everyday.
The current owners took over the bakery in June 2018 and completed a full renovation of the premise in December 2018 when they opened their doors to the public.
Their passion for producing real food from scratch using only local produce has gained a considerable following with the peel community and they now are producing artisan baked goods which are delivered through out Perth and the Peel region. Samudera's artisan breads are some of the finest hand made sourdough, German rye and brioche available in Western Australia.
Samudera is much, much more than just a bakery though. They have a extensive dine in menu for Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner using only the freshest local produce including fresh seafood from the Peel Harvey Estuary. The fresh hand picked crab and freshly caught whiting dishes are stand-outs on their Lunch and Dinner menu....
