The team at Southern Biplane Adventures delivers one of Australia’s most unique aerobatic and scenic open-cockpit biplane experiences. The flagship of our fleet is an immaculately rebuilt 1943 Boeing Stearman biplane named `Lilly Warra’, after Sydney’s stunning south coast the Illawarra.Alongside our Flagship we also offer a modern-day cutting edge aerobatic monster, the Pitts Special S2C that provides competition style adrenaline pumping high G Force aerobatic experiences – for the not so faint hearted! We also cater for group scenic flights for up to 3 passengers in one of our fleet of additional contemporary aircraft, corporate team building days, charter, and aerial photography services.Lead by our highly experienced and skilled Chief Pilot and Managing Director, Chris Clark, our team has adopted a contemporary `Barnstorming’ theme reminiscent of the Golden Age of aviation from the post WW2 period. The team is supported by a group of hand-picked experienced pilots and ground staff all contributing to recreating this most unique part of a bygone era.
